PolyPrintt quality and assurance policy

PolyPrintt products are manufactured in compliance with high-quality standards. All products are evaluated under the warranty conditions stated below.

1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers only manufacturing-related defects.

  • Physical defects caused by production errors
  • Products outside technical standard tolerances
  • Deviations in color, diameter, and flow performance due to manufacturing

2. Warranty Exclusions

  • User errors and improper handling
  • Improper storage conditions (humidity, heat, sunlight)
  • Use of incompatible machines or equipment
  • Use of the product for unintended purposes
  • Normal wear and changes in opened or used products

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period may vary depending on the product group and is specified on the product page.

4. Evaluation Process

Warranty claims are reviewed by our technical team. If approved, the product may be:

  • Replaced
  • Refunded
  • Technically supported or corrected

5. Application Requirements

To initiate a warranty claim, an invoice and product images must be provided.
