At PolyPrintt, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and smoothly. The following delivery terms apply to all purchases made through www.polyprintt.com.
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
In-stock items are shipped quickly, while delivery times for custom-made products may vary.
After shipment, delivery may take 1–5 business days depending on the courier’s workload.
Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (varies depending on campaign periods).
Paid shipping fees are displayed in your cart during checkout.
For returns or exchanges, shipping costs are covered according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email.
You can easily track your shipment on the courier company’s website.
Please check your package in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.
For opened, torn, or damaged packages, a delivery report must be created.
If no report is made, the responsibility for damaged products lies with the customer.
We are happy to assist you with any damaged product claims.
If your order contains:
Wrong product
Missing product
Invoice errors
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery may be delayed or impossible in cases such as:
Inaccessibility of the customer’s address
Incorrect or incomplete address information
High courier workload
Force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, etc.)
In these cases, our customer service team will contact you to resolve the issue.
PolyPrintt currently ships only within Turkey.
International shipping may be possible with special pricing upon request.
