Return & Exchange Policy

 

PolyFAB Teknoloji A.Ş. – PolyPrintt values customer satisfaction and aims to provide a transparent and reliable return & exchange process for all products purchased through the PolyPrintt brand.

1. Return Period

You can return purchased products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components
  • Be free from any damage, breakage, or deformation

Note: Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, installed, damaged, or lost their resale value.

3. Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days from delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed products
  • Opened consumables (filament, resin, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Promotional products (unless defective)

5. Return Process

  • Submit your return request to [email protected]
  • Package the product properly and deliver it to the designated courier
  • Upon arrival, our technical team will inspect the product
  • If the product meets the return conditions, your payment will be refunded within 1–5 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take 1–7 business days depending on your bank

6. Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged products, shipping costs are covered by PolyPrintt
  • For customer-initiated returns or exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the buyer

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product is damaged, broken, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours.

Failure to do so may prevent initiation of the return or exchange process.
