Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is established electronically between POLYFAB Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Seller”) and the consumer (“Buyer”) making a purchase via www.polyprintt.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations related to the sale, delivery, withdrawal right, and after-sales services for purchases made by the Buyer on the PolyPrintt website.

3. Order and Formation of the Agreement

• The Buyer selects and orders products via the website
• The agreement is considered concluded once the Seller confirms the order to the Buyer via e-mail or SMS
• The Seller reserves the right not to accept the order due to stock limitations or technical reasons. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed and the payment refunded

4. Product Price and Payment

• Product prices are valid in Turkish Lira (TRY) as stated on the website at the time of order
• Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods provided by the website
• Payments are processed through secure systems; the Seller does not store payment information

5. Delivery

• Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of order
• Delivery time varies between 3–7 business days from order confirmation
• The Seller takes necessary precautions to ensure products are delivered without damage

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date
• Withdrawal requires written notification via e-mail or registered mail
• Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged
• The product price will be refunded within 14 days from the return date
• Shipping costs for returns under the right of withdrawal are borne by the Buyer

7. Defective Products and Warranty

• Products are delivered free from defects and in accordance with the law
• In case of a defective product, the Buyer must provide written notification
• The Seller provides free repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

8. Protection of Personal Data

• The Buyer’s personal data is processed for order fulfillment and legal obligations

9. Dispute Resolution

• The parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation in case of disputes
• In the event of disagreement, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply
• The competent court is the consumer court in the Buyer’s place of residence

This agreement is considered electronically accepted by the Buyer upon confirming the order.
